Location was beautiful, about 20min drive from town. The staff were very friendly and helpful, room was super clean, the pool is lovely. Great breakfast. The Indonesion food at the restaurant for lunch/dinner was amazing! Much better than the western style food.

- The biggest asset is the kindness of the staff, along with the quality of the internal services. - All members of the staff are reliable and efficient; reception is open 24h and you can also contact them on WhatsApp. - We were in honeymoon and we tried several "romantic activities" (ex. Candlelight dinner, floating breakfast, flowerbath...) and they were really good - Great restaurants, large variety of choice, ingredients are fresh, and every week there are cultural Balinese dinners (with traditional dances) and live acoustic music. - Breakfast is not buffet, you choose your plates in advance. - Spa services are amazing, we really recommend them (even if they are not largely promoted) - There are 5 shuttles/day that bring you to Ubud centre (it's free and the driver is excellent; maybe a few more shuttles would be useful) - The room was big and the bed really comfortable. The bathroom is really nice too.

The hotel is in a beautiful location right in the middle of rice paddy. It was very peaceful and there was a lot of privacy in the hotel. Maybe it gets a lot more busy outside of the rainy season. The room was spacious and the balcony was great. The pool was lovely and there were not really any people at the pool when we were staying there. The shuttle bus to the town was very good.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a week and our overall experience was wonderful. The staff were exceptional, always remembered our names & room number. The biggest highlight was our room, it was clean, the bed was very big and incredibly comfortable, lots of streaming options on the tv and a huge balcony. A few things to consider / improvements: - we came in April and the hotel did not seem to be fully staffed. The pool bar was often left empty for hours before someone came, we would have to go and ask for a staff member to come so we could get drinks. - The music by the pool is very repetitive, the same 7 songs are played on repeat. -snakes ! There was a snake in the tree above the sun loungers by the pool and snake skin in the pool (they did come and remove the snake). - food was hit and miss. Overall it was a great stay but would recommend staying for 5 days or less. (Felt safe as an LGBT couple)

The property was amazing and the staff were extremely patient, welcoming and professional. We came here for our honeymoon and reserved the Gumitir Villa which was amazing to say the least. We arrived late in the evening and the staff brought us fresh sandwiches around midnight to help with our hunger and jet lag while we were checking in. They also carried our luggage to our villa and were very nice and caring for our needs while we were there. The restaurants were delicious and very accommodating. The live music was very nice to wind down a long day of shopping while having dinner. The guitarist loved getting song requests from us. We loved how they have a complimentary shuttle that takes you from the resort to Ubud many times per day for us to go shopping and enjoy the local life. The massage spa was amazing and very professional. The moment you step in you feel like you are in a peaceful and tranquil area. I highly recommend the deep tissue to start and then go get a Balinese massage a few days later to help the body relax after traveling. My wife and I loved this resort and honestly don’t feel like looking for any others in the area for our return to Ubud. I highly recommend this resort for your next trip.

Really loved the way the staff respected the guests as well as each other. It was beautiful and refreshing to see. We also appreciated and valued the excellent service received by Yunarta and Leo. The presidential suite was phenomenal and the service was excellent throughout by all members of the staff, including the team at breakfast (sorry I don’t remember specific names).

It is secluded, a resort with quiet and tranquility. No screaming kids. Rooms are nice, pool views are great. Staff friendly and accommodating. Shuttles to Ubud are great and morning rice fields walk. Good value for money overall.

Would I stay again? Yes! Welcome: A warm reception with a ceremony and welcome drinks in a very cozy lounge. Location: Not within walking distance of major attractions, situated in the middle of rice fields. Hotel Area: Very beautiful, peaceful, spacious, and well-maintained, with on-site security. Staff: Very friendly and supportive. Cleanliness: Everything was excellent, with no issues to mention. Room: Huge, including a large bed, a balcony, a sofa, and paintings. Very cozy and romantic. Complimentary bottled water is provided, with the option to refill for free (not from the tap). - Wardrobe: Spacious. - Bathroom: Very large, featuring a huge bathtub with a view, a wooden floor, and a spacious, well-designed shower. - WiFi: Reasonable speed but not fast enough for remote work requiring a heavy load. Food: Extensive selection with 3 on-site restaurants. High-quality cocktails and very good food. Pool: Very large, clean, and illuminated at night. Features an in-water seating bar for ordering drinks and an outdoor shower for use after swimming. Value for Money: 10/10. Other: No mosquitoes. Includes a rooftop, air-conditioned gym.

This is one of the BEST hotels we have ever stayed at. It exceeded our expectations. The pool, garden and room was gorgeous. The staff were wonderful and friendly, particularly with our very active toddler. The food was excellent.
